The Lewisville clinic has moved!

As of April 1, 2008, the Lewisville clinic will move to a new space on the west side of IH-35.

The Lone Star Cares Banquet will be held on April 5, 2008 with proceeds going to support the Primary Care Clinic of North Texas. This year's chief guest will be Dallas mayor Tom Leppert.

New Hours

Please call the Lewisville clinic at 972-221-6005 for its new hours.

The Plano clinic's new hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Both clinic locations now accept Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards.
